Telluride Jazz Celebration, Telluride, CO

The 35th Telluride Jazz Celebration is scheduled for August 5-7, 2011, in Telluride, Colorado, featuring Tower of Power, Allen Toussaint, Rita Coolidge, Taylor Hicks and the Little Memphis Blues Orchestra, and many more prominent musicians from across the country and around the world.

The organizers of this popular music festival have generously offered to donate a portion of April 2011 ticket sales to the Yvonne Kupka Medical Fund. The medical fund will receive $5 for every 3-day park or All-Access pass sold, and $25 for every Patron Pass sold during the month of April 2011.

We are pleased to announce that the fundraiser at Mi Hacienda Restaurant in Pico Rivera, CA (see poster above) raised $3,409.10 for Yvonne! A huge "Thank You" goes out to Edward Hernandez, the Geronimos Path Foundation, and all the musicians and performers who contributed to the success of this fundraising event!
